Q.) What will be my shipping cost? Griffin's Toy Chest offers UPS and USPS shipping. Our most popular shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground service. The cost is based on a real time shipping rate from both services based on the actual weight of the product. The simplest way to determine your cost is to add the item(s) to your cart, select 'checkout', provide the site with your billing address and shipping address information and then choose from the available shipping methods. Use the drop down menu to see BOTH UPS and USPS pricing options, See also registration note below.

Q.) Must I register and what will you do with my info? No, you will NOT need to create yet another user name and password to purchase from this site. As consumers, we can assure you, we dislike having to register as much as you do! When ready to 'Check Out', click on 'Click here to Register' beneath 'New Customer'. Here you will supply your basic billing and shipping information. Ensure this information is accurate as it will be used to calculate your shipping costs and contact you via email with your status after your order has been placed.

The advantage however of creating a Username and Password is that it will allow you to view your order history from the site at a later date. Whether you register with a Username or not, rest assured, Griffin's Toy Chest will never use your address or email information to solicit you in the future. Our opinion is that 99% of the time these emails are annoying or go unread. Not worth it!

Q.) I just placed my order, now what?  As consumers also, the principal question on our minds after placing an order is: 'When is my stuff going to arrive!'. After you place your order, you will receive a generic email message from the store stating your order has been placed and is processing. Once your order has been shipped, within 24 hours or much less on average (M-F), you will receive an email stating your order is complete and has now been shipped generally with a tracking number and expected arrival date.

Q.) I am a first time shopper at your store, how is your service? We strive to meet and exceed your shopping expectations! While few of us are perfect, our promise to you is that if you have an issue with your order, we will go to any length to set it right and to your satisfaction.

Q.) Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes! We have vastly simplified the discounts available at our store to be, any order over $120.00 receives free shipping in the U.S. via USPS Parcel Post w/ Delivery Confirmation service. Should the contents of your cart equal or exceed $120.00, please use the coupon code 'FreeShip' when given the opportunity to enter a code at checkout.

Also note, to enter this code please use the blue 'Proceed to Checkout' button (bottom) as opposed to the simple orange 'Checkout' button (top). Enter your code at the following page beneath the section 'Redeem a discount coupon'


Q.) Out of Stock, when will this item become available again? The vast majority of the games offered at our store are ones we are committed to continually carry. If an item is currently listed as 'out of stock' and you are interested in ordering, please use the 'Contact us' form and ask us when it may become available again. We have tried to provide a 'breadth' of products but do not carry much 'depth' in any one particular product. If it is listed for sale now, it's because we currently have it in stock and available. A general rule of thumb for this store if you are considering an item, don't wait too long, it may be a few weeks before this item appears again!

Q.) I am paying with PayPal, how can I choose an alternate shipping method?
After selecting 'Checkout with PayPal' and then logging into PayPal to review your information and confirming, you will be returned to your Griffin's Toy Chest shopping cart to finalize the order. Directly under the 'Order Total; is the 'Delivery Method'. Click on this and you will be able to choose from other services. Select 'Other Carriers' to see the different pricing options.

Q.) What is LiveZilla? LiveZilla is a service allowing you to speak with a store representative anytime Live Support is listed as 'Online'. It is the most convenient method of answering any question you may have while visiting the store. Simply click the 'Chat with Us Live' image and we will answer your request. We love to hear from our customers!

Q.) How will my purchase be packaged? Griffin's Toy Chest is committed to recycling both with our business and in our personal lives. We receive a LOT of packaging material and boxes from our distributors and other sources and will reuse this material whenever possible. This keeps our costs lower as well as yours. Your purchase will be packaged to withstand a drop from a 2 story building and still come out in mint condition. :)  We encourage you too to reuse this material after it arrives as well. Save a box, save a tree! We all win in the end.
